PA / Marketing Executive (full or part time)

We are currently looking for an experienced full or part- time Personal Assistant / Marketing Executive to join a rapidly growing paid media and creative agency based in Oxfordshire.
This role requires you to have experience in a previous personal assistant and/or marketing executive role, and would suit someone who loves variety, is super organised and able to effectively prioritise and multi-task as no two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities:
PA
- Diary management; coordinating and scheduling external and internal meetings whilst optimising the MD’s time
- Support the MD with preparation of reports and presentations
- Proofread internal and external documents and presentations
- Attend meetings and take notes ensuring confidentiality and integrity is maintained
- Fielding calls for the MD in a courteous and professional manner
- Providing administration and organisational support for the MD as and when required
Marketing
- Support with research, and data gathering to identify prospective clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google desk research
- Organise and manage all Evergreen corporate events
- Responsible for researching and liaising with venues, negotiating with suppliers, and managing all bookings within budget and timelines
- Updating and maintenance of all Evergreen social media platforms to ensure they are up to date and relevant
- Creation and management of Evergreen’s Company presentations and associated collateral
- Assist across all the internal marketing communication across the Company
- Adding value to the Evergreen brand by coming up with creative and innovative ideas
About You:
The right person for this role will have the following essential key attributes/skills:
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a must)
- Proven PA or marketing executive experience in an agency background
- High degree of competence in written, communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging content and ideas
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite and Google Docs
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving/ trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment and adopting a proactive approach at all times
- Work with pace, passion, and precision
