From administration to rapidly growing £26M turnover furniture brand

Cox & Cox went into administration, got taken out of it by new owners, and is now growing revenue by around 50% a year as a standalone business again under new leadership.

Jan Duckworth, managing director of Cox & Cox, joins Aaron and Darren to talk about what it actually took to turn a 25 year old brand around.

Jan joined 19 months ago as a long-time customer of the brand, and has spent that time rebuilding everything from stock strategy to brand identity while trying to keep the heritage that made people love Cox & Cox in the first place.

If you want to see how a brand rebuilds trust and revenue after a genuinely rocky few years, this one is for you.
