A hot tub or a swim spa isn’t a purchase people make lightly. It’s one of the biggest decisions they’ll make about their own home.
HotSpring World is one of a small number of UK dealers for HotSpring, the world’s number one hot tub brand, alongside Endless Pools swim spas.
Together, we built a strategy that turned real, existing demand into trackable leads, delivering over 1,270 leads at an average cost per lead of just under £50 and more than doubling lead volume in twelve months.
Their marketing challenge
HotSpring World had what most brands spend years trying to build: a strong reputation, real demand walking through six showroom doors, and genuine ambition to keep growing.
What they didn’t have was a clear view of where that demand was actually coming from. Marketing had been run channel by channel rather than as one joined-up strategy, with creative decisions often made at short notice rather than planned in advance.
There was no consistent way to see which activity was working, and no reliable way to turn existing interest into measured, trackable leads.
Getting creative

Before any campaign work began, we got the foundations right. That meant reviewing HotSpring World’s goals properly, auditing the existing accounts, and making sure every target from that point on was built on accurate numbers rather than assumptions.
We got out to every one of HotSpring World’s locations in person, not one shoot but six, covering showrooms including Norwich, Cambridge and Milton Keynes, to build a proper asset library of photography and video across their hot tub and swim spa ranges. When HotSpring World later opened a new showroom in Peterborough, we went back out to capture that location too.
With that library in place, we built an always-on strategy, layering in seasonal messaging and promotions on top. Campaigns ran both nationally and location by location, and we tested a range of messaging angles, including finance-led offers and wellness-focused positioning, to see what actually moved the needle for different audiences.
The results (so far)
Since working with Evergreen, HotSpring World has generated over 1,270 leads at an average cost per lead of just under £50, a marked change from a business that previously had no dedicated lead generation activity at all.
Leads have more than doubled in twelve months, while spend has grown by only around 6% over the same period.
As Tom puts it, “it feels like we work as a team, not just as two separate parties.”
HotSpring World has already grown from six showrooms to seven, with more planned. Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident; it happens when a strong brand is matched with a strategy that’s actually joined up.
