Your garden isn’t just an outdoor space. It’s somewhere to relax, entertain and switch off.
For more than 20 years, Oxford Garden Design has built one of the UK’s most respected garden design businesses. Their work was exceptional. The challenge was making potential customers feel that same sense of quality before they’d ever picked up the phone.
Together, we built a marketing strategy that showcased the transformation behind every project, helping deliver more than 140 conversions and a 56% increase in leads year on year.
Their marketing challenge
Oxford Garden Design had an outstanding reputation, but their digital marketing wasn’t reflecting the quality of their work.
Campaigns lacked direction, lead generation wasn’t performing, and there wasn’t a joined-up strategy connecting creative, paid media and customer demand.
With their Marketing Manager heading on maternity leave during a period of growth, the business needed a trusted partner to take ownership and build a platform for long-term growth.
Getting creative
Our relationship actually started with a podcast conversation.
As we got to know the business, one thing became obvious: people who visited an Oxford Garden Design project immediately understood the craftsmanship, attention to detail and transformation. Online, that story wasn’t coming across.
Our strategy was simple.
Capture the quality behind every project, put it in front of the right audience, and build an integrated paid search and paid social strategy around it.
Alongside new creative filmed on location, we developed campaigns centred on transformation, lifestyle and inspiration, ensuring every advert reflected the experience customers could expect.
Rather than chasing more traffic, we focused on attracting the right enquiries from homeowners actively planning high-value garden projects.
The results (so far)
The impact came quickly.
Google Ads delivered stronger lead quality by focusing on higher-intent searches, while Meta generated more than 140 conversions at an average cost per acquisition of under £50.
Enquiries are now 56% higher year on year, despite a challenging market.
More importantly, Oxford Garden Design now has a marketing system where creative, paid media and customer insight all work together to generate consistent, measurable growth.
As Sheena puts it, “if we hadn’t continued investing in marketing over the past two years, I dread to think where the business would be.”
Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens when great businesses are matched with great marketing.
