Josef & Rosco create beautiful and bespoke handmade furniture for the home and garden.

Their marketing challenge

Josef & Rosco is a small business based in Northampton and their biggest problem has been getting economies of scale when advertising.

They’d tried and failed with Google Ads when they attempted to dip their toe into the water with just a modest ad budget. This business needed to speculate more and invest in growth to grow with any kind of predictability and scale.

Would they do it? Could they do it? How could they do it?

Those are the key questions and this is precisely where our first conversation with Joe started. By thinking about the business first, and marketing second, we’d stand the best chance of growing this business.

Getting creative

We love true craftsmanship at Evergreen and are fortunate to work with many brands and businesses that make their products in-house. Joe is a shining example of the talented business owners we work with.

Joe and his team make all of their products at their factory in Northamptonshire and that’s perfect for our creative team, as it means they can work their magic and create incredible ads that showcase his craftsmanship.

The results (so far)

We have a sign on the wall in our office that says “Treating every £1 spent on ads, as if it’s our own” and that sentiment is so true for our smaller clients like Josef & Rosco, as every £1 matters.

His business has seen a 25% increase in sales since partnering with Evergreen and this has resulted in him being able to recruit more talent into his team (including another welder) and together we’re pushing his business forward.

Joining Evergreen was an easy decision. I needed an agency that would get me on the right track and growing online.
