It’s that time again – Evergreen is hiring! When it comes to finding the right hire, everyone knows how hard it can be – as well as having the prowess to deliver to clients, they need to fit in with the team and company ethos, and get stuck in from day one.

Our company ethos is reflected in the work we do, which means we’re keen to find someone who likes our way of working and fully understands our approach to everything we do. That being said, we’re also looking for someone that can not only work the Evergreen way but help us evolve and grow in skill and knowledge.

Working with Evergreen

We put ourselves in our customer’s shoes, and understand their journey, their needs, and ask often the simplest questions, often with their own individual solution. We trawl their websites, we look into competitors. We ask the questions; what’s currently working, and what’s not? If not, why not? We’re an agency that recognises that a customer needs to have the best possible experience when using a website – and that comes not just from technical fixes but a core understanding of the customer journey, and how we can make it the best it can possibly be.

Our team works to ensure each and every client campaign is approached with confidence, understanding, clarity and honesty. From their initial set up to ongoing improvements and monitoring, we approach every client’s website from the ground up, forever asking why.

We work hard to fabricate campaigns and strategies that are unique to the client, meeting expectations and importantly, being realistic about what is possible. As I like to say, we cut through the cr*p. So much money and time is wasted plugging the big sell without getting results. Our approach is honest, holistic, and considered, and requires a bunch of minds who don’t mind getting in the thick of it.

Here at Evergreen, we’re a well-oiled machine, all working together. We have a Digital PR team, SEO team, and let’s not forget about PPC!

But, we need more talented SEO’s to join us. We’re currently hiring for six new roles!

SEO Executive 

  • Salary£23,000 – £26,000 Dependent on experience

We’re looking for an SEO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will need to have at least 12-18 months previous SEO experience. This could be in either an in-hour role or agency. This role would suit someone that’s looking to take the next steps in the SEO career.

You would be exposed to a large variety of exciting clients and their SEO campaigns, working closely with the rest of the team to approach everything from a technical and analytical perspective.

SEO Strategist

  • Salary£26,000 – £30,000 Dependent on experience

We are also looking for an SEO Strategist to join our growing SEO team. You’ll need to have 2+ years of experience in SEO – either in an agency or in-house.

If you’re an enthusiastic SEO’er and want to take the next step in your career, then this could be ideal. This role will give you the opportunity to handle full SEO campaigns with the help of the Evergreen team.

Digital PR Strategist 

  • Salary£25,000 – £30,000 Dependent on experience

Are you passionate about seeing your clients in the press? Are you a creative “always on” thinker? Do you have the confidence and creative thinking to push boundaries and have SEO at the forefront of your mind when building Digital PR campaigns?

The successful candidate for this role would work alongside our existing SEO team and play a key role in taking SEO direction to manage and develop our Digital PR department. You’ll be mentoring juniors and helping them develop key skills to further them in their own PR careers.  And most importantly, you’ll lead on ensuring success (coverage and links) for our clients.

Senior SEO Strategist

  • Salary£30,000 – £35,000 Dependent on experience

We need an experienced Senior SEO Strategist to join our growing SEO team. You’ll need to have 3+ years of experience in SEO – either in an agency or in-house.

If you’re looking for your next career challenge then this could be perfect for you! The role is fast paced, client facing and you’ll need the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively. You’ll be managing a handful of SEO clients with sole responsibility for the delivery and success of their campaigns.

SEO Manager 

  • Salary£35,000 – £45,000 Dependent on experience

We are also looking for an SEO Manager to join our growing SEO team. You’ll need to have 4+ years of experience in SEO – in either an agency or in-house.

This role could be perfect for you if you’re currently a Senior Strategist and you’re looking for your next career challenge, or perhaps you’re an SEO Manager and you’re looking for a change? Either way, we want to hear from you.

Head of Search

  • Salary£60,000 – £70,000 Dependent on experience

Do you think you could lead our team across the spectrum of search marketing strategy, technical SEO, links, and content marketing? Do you think you have the ability to help take a small, committed SEO agency to the next for its clients? If this sounds like you, then you may be a good fit for our Head of Search role.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Search to own the entire department, ensure our team is working efficiently and maximize our profitability. In this role, you have the opportunity to have a huge influence on the direction of the agency and our team will look to you for the standard of excellence that Evergreen embodies.
