In our Hear it from our client series, we are showcasing clients across a variety of sectors, talking about the impact that SEO has had for their business. No hard sell on figures or technical terms – just the bottom line tangible results and effect that investing in search has had on their individual business goals and targets.

We always have liked to shout about our clients’ SEO successes, but it’s ten times nicer and rewarding to hear it directly from them too. And they say the proof is always in the pudding…

Third in our series is an events and bar agency, The Cocktail Service.

Backstory

The Cocktail Service originally appointed us for our SEO services and enthusiasm: “We chose The Evergreen Agency because of their passion. From the first day that we met Aaron, I was really blown away with his passion for SEO and digital marketing. And that really kind of swung it for us because we’ve met a lot of agencies previously and they just didn’t display the same type of passion and knowledge as Aaron and the team did,”  says director Tom Bronock.

The Cocktail Service needed to boost their visibility online to become the go-to, authority mobile bar hire company. That’s where we came in in late 2018 with a solid SEO strategy. After a very successful 2019, we were forced to adapt and change tack on SEO strategy in early 2020 when covid-19 hit, as their business was restricted from operating due to lockdown.

Results

With events and operation paused, we had to act fast to ensure The Cocktail Service remained visible and viable to customers during this time. We worked with the team to promote new products and adapted services, and our SEO strategy was completely tailored to meeting new goals in the new climate many businesses in hospitality have encountered.

“They’ve been fantastic to work with. Any queries we have – day or night – they’ve come back to us right away; and I have to say that is the real defining factor with working with them and why we chose to work with them,” adds Tom.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high ROI for our clients, and this was strongly felt by Tom and the team: “It’s been pretty astounding. At the end of 2018 we hadn’t done any digital marketing before per se. We’d only that year got 17 enquiries through out website. By the end of 2019, we’d got well in excess of 1000 enquiries, and that is mostly down to the hard work and application of The Evergreen Agency, and without them, we wouldn’t have got that ROI.”
