Making a splash with a 50% increase in showroom visits within 3 months

Aqua Warehouse is the largest indoor hot tub and swim spa showroom in the south of England.

Their paid media problem

Richard the owner of Aqua Warehouse had previously tried Google Ads but couldn’t get it to work. He’d had his ‘fingers burned’ but saw we were working with another hot tub retailer in a different part of the UK so got in touch.

We had a call, which was followed by a trip to Essex to meet up in person. The way we saw it, he has a great product, a fantastic (and huge) showroom and a leading reputation in the local area.

All that was missing was more customers. Surely, Google Ads and Meta Ads done right would be a no-brainer for this business.

Getting creative

If you want to be the best, you need to look the best. Our creative team visited Richard and his team twice in the first few months of working together to capture vast amounts of video and photography that we could use to bring his ads to life and drive footfall to his Essex-based showroom.

Their results (so far)

Richard reported a 50% increase in visits to their showroom in the first three months of his campaign, which has resulted in a noticeable increase in sales.

In the first few months of working together, the data showed a 147% increase in clicks (up to around 4,000 clicks) with just a 35% increase in costs (spending in this period was circa £5,000 on ads).

Previously Richard and his team weren’t tracking conversions. Needless to say they are now and in the first few months over 100 leads were recorded via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
