Casa Bella Furniture is a family-run brand with a passion for solid mango wood.
Their marketing problem
Rob and Suzanne had worked with multiple agencies in the past, but nothing ever quite clicked. Google Ads felt too complex, Meta Ads never seemed to deliver, and there was no clear strategy across platforms.
That changed when they discovered Evergreen. We sat down for an initial chat, and soon after, visited their showroom in person. It was clear from the start: they had an incredible product, a beautiful showroom, and a passionate team.
What they didn’t have was a consistent, performance-driven marketing plan. That’s what we set out to build.
Getting creative
Casa Bella’s furniture told a powerful story. So we made sure their creative did too.
Our team visited Rob and Suzanne at home, capturing lifestyle imagery and video content that showcased their furniture in a real setting. We launched a brand film, shot product walk-throughs, and created content that highlighted their mango wood story.
We didn’t just build ads – we built a brand identity that ran through everything: Meta, YouTube, organic social, and in-store creative. And it finally looked as premium as the product itself.
Their results (so far)
One of the first campaigns we launched was a clearance event – designed to shift old stock, drive local footfall, and kickstart their new marketing strategy.
It worked.
The showroom had its busiest weekend in years. Online conversions spiked. Clearance stock was cleared out, freeing up valuable warehouse space.
Since then, it’s been all about momentum:
- Over 67 Meta ads launched across five months
- Full YouTube strategy introduced
- Unified messaging across paid and organic
- Consistent ROAS across Google and Meta campaigns
- Huge uplift in showroom visits and online traffic
More importantly, the team now has a system in place, not just ad-hoc marketing. Campaigns are planned around the business calendar. Budgets are spent with purpose.
We’ve seen a lot of things filming with clients, but this was a first: a balloon arch so big it almost didn’t fit through the showroom door.
It was part of the in-store creative for their clearance event, and yes – it turned heads. Not just from customers, but from the local community too. That playful touch, paired with slick Meta ads and coordinated print campaigns, showed how far the brand had come.
Moments like that are what make Casa Bella such a joy to work with – they’re up for anything, so long as it makes sense and drives growth. And when you mix personality with performance, great things happen.
